Mobile Testing Solutions
At Mobile Testing Solutions, we understand that plans may change. Our goal is to provide clear, fair, and transparent policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds while respecting the time and resources required to deliver mobile testing services.
Appointment Cancellations
Full Refund:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.Partial Refund:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund.No-Show Policy:
Appointments missed without prior notice are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment at no additional cost if Mobile Testing Solutions is contacted at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment may be subject to cancellation terms.
Service Issues
If you are dissatisfied with your service due to an error on our part, Mobile Testing Solutions will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution options may include:
Re-performing the service at no additional cost, or
Issuing a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
All service issue claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the appointment date.

Full name
Appointment date
Service provided
Reason for the refund request
Incomplete requests may delay processing.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.
