📄 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective July 2025
Rescheduling less than 12 hours before your appointment may incur a $25 rescheduling fee.
3. Service Issues
If you are unsatisfied with our service due to an error on our part, we will work with you to either:
Re-perform the service at no additional cost, or
Provide a full or partial refund based on the situation.
4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing [refund@mobile-testingsolutions.com] within 7 days of your appointment date. Please include your full name, appointment date, and reason for the request.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent when it comes to cancellations and refunds.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
50% refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
No refund for missed appointments (“no-shows”) without prior notice.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no cost if you contact us at least 12 hours before your appointment time.
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
